How long does a custom EA or indicator take?
Simple tools often take a few days; larger systems take longer. You get a realistic timeline with your free quote.
Do I receive the source code?
Yes. For custom projects you receive the source code.
Which platforms do you develop for?
MT4, MT5, cTrader, TradeStation, NinjaTrader, TradeLocker, DXTrade and Tradovate, plus crypto exchanges and other platforms through their APIs.
Can you convert a TradingView indicator or strategy to MetaTrader?
Yes. Send us the Pine Script or a description of the rules and we will rebuild it for MT4 or MT5.
Can I resell the EA you build for me?
Yes. We can also add a licensing system so only your paying customers can use it.

How many months of free support are included?
We offer lifetime free support in case there are any bugs or errors.
Do you give trading advice or signals?
No. We build software that follows your rules. We do not provide investment advice, trading recommendations or signals.
Installing and running our tools
How do I install the Experts/Indicators?
First check whether the file is an EA or an Indicator, then copy it into the MetaTrader folder and restart MetaTrader. Then you are ready to use your program. Tools downloaded from the MQL5 Market install automatically.
Do the products work on a VPS?
Yes, all of them work on a VPS and also on a local machine. We recommend a Windows-based VPS.
Can I use the programs offline?
Yes, you can use them offline for testing purposes. To trade live, your machine must always be on and connected to the internet; otherwise we recommend using a Windows-based VPS.
Do I need to do anything manually?
That depends on your strategy and the EA/Indicator made for you. In most cases everything is automatic, and once you make the first setup there is no need to touch it.
Can I run this software on Windows or Mac?
You can run our software on any platform where you can install MetaTrader, but for best performance we recommend Windows.
Can I trade on multiple pairs?
Yes. Open a new chart for each pair and attach the EA/Indicator to it.
